as a newbie I would like to ask who is eligble to create new (free custom) tournament? Directors only or commom members as well? I've just joined the club and I hoped to sign up for some Custom (for more XP gaining for me and the club) but I see that the one which is curretly active will end in 11 days with no possibility to register now.
Do I have to wait for the new one or I can create the other one (or someone can do it)?
