OFFICIAL **** Is using excel & tools cheating

I sent an Email to WGT:

"

Hello Sir,

I would like to get the "WGT" official position on a matter if I may?

I personally use two on-screen rulers, a protractor, VGG caddy, and a track & Field type stopwatch while I play WGT.

Are ANY of these items considered cheating by WGT ... please note that I have only 1 account and have no software that touches your program or flash.

There has been a lot of speculation on the forums lately about this, and I would like to know first hand if I am doing anything wrong in the eyes of WGT.

Secondly, if all this is OK with you ... may I share the answer with others in a video on "How to use all my tools" that I would like to make in order to help the community.

Sorry for not getting back to you sooner. The rule I have always been told is that they're legal since they do not actually change the functionality of the game.
